Welcome to Forge ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Forge is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
• Abuse, exploit, or disrupt the App or its services

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Forge offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Forge does not issue refunds directly.

4. No Data Collection

Forge does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.

All subscription transactions and payment information are handled securely by Apple.

5. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time
• Update features, pricing, or subscription offerings

We are not liable if the App becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet all user expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
