Forge is built with your privacy as the top priority. We do not collect, store, access, or share:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Device information (device ID, location, IP address)
• Usage data or analytics
• Content you create within the app
• Browsing history or app activity
• Cookies or tracking data
• Any other identifiable information

2. How Your Data Stays Private

No Server Connection

Forge operates entirely on your device. There is no server or cloud infrastructure that receives your data. Your creations, settings, and preferences never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Local Storage Only

All app data is stored locally on your iOS device. This includes:

• Your projects and creations
• App settings and preferences
• Any files or content you work with

No Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no external SDKs collecting data in the background.

3. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync in your device settings, your app data may be synced across your devices using Apple's iCloud service. This is handled entirely by Apple, and we do not have access to this data.

iCloud sync is:

• Optional and controlled by you
• Managed by Apple, not Forge
• Encrypted and secure through Apple's infrastructure
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings.

4. App Store & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Apple may collect:

• Purchase history
• Payment information
• Apple ID details

This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.

5. Permissions

Forge may request the following permissions to function properly:

• Photos/Media: To allow you to import or export your creations (optional, only when you choose to use these features)
• Files: To save or load files from your device (optional)

These permissions are used solely for the functionality you request. We do not access your photos, files, or media unless you explicitly use a feature that requires it, and we never transmit this data anywhere.

6. Children's Privacy

Because Forge does not collect any data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Data Security

Since we don't collect or transmit your data, there's nothing for us to secure on our end. Your data security is entirely in your hands:

• Keep your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock
• Use encrypted backups if using iCloud
• Be cautious when sharing your device with others

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our privacy practices (which would only happen if we add features that require it), we will update this policy and notify you through the app.

However, our commitment to privacy will remain: we will never collect data without your explicit knowledge and consent.
